Charmain is the magic behind the curtain here at Sky Valley Pet Care. As our administrative support specialist, she keeps everything running smoothly—managing schedules, sending invoices, and making sure our scheduling & invoicing system is up to date.

From confirming visits to answering client questions and catching calendar hiccups before they happen, she’s a big part of how we make sure no pet is ever forgotten. Her behind-the-scenes support helps our team stay on time, in the loop, and focused on what we do best: loving on your pets.

Fun fact: Before joining us, Charmain owned her own pet sitting business.
